Our Covid Policy
During this global pandemic, we have a responsibility to minimize the risk of exposure to the Covid-19 virus. The health and
safety of our guests and employees are especially important to us. Following the guidelines set forth by the Government
of Zanzibar, we have instituted the following changes to minimize the risk of exposure and ensure a safe environment
for our guests and employees.
- Contactless hand sanitizers are available throughout our Resort property.
- Our staff shall wear face masks and gloves while interacting with our guests.
- Our staff shall practice social distancing as best as they can while interacting with our guests.
- While physical menus are still available at our a la carte restaurant, we also have QR codes that will connect
our guests to our online a la carte menu. - All tables and chairs have been placed 1.5 metres apart from each other to maintain and ensure social distancing.
- Cash will be accepted but we encourage our guests to use credit cards, if possible. Contactless or tap credit card machines
are now available at our a la carte restaurant to minimize contact with overly used surfaces. - Regular cleaning and sanitization of all guest rooms, restaurants, and other public areas.
- Social distancing markers on the floors of our Reception and buffet restaurant to maintain and ensure social distancing.
